Top 6 Finish for Team Nemesis at Pokémon Unite Asia Champions League 2026
Team Nemesis has officially concluded its run at the Pokémon Unite Asia Champions League 2026 (PUACL), securing a 5th–6th place finish after a high-stakes weekend of elite competition. This tournament served as the debut for our refreshed roster and a major test for our team, namely: RBX, SynC1, TempezT, Kyy, Miva, and Dylan, with Berty as our Coach.
Entering the ACL for the first time with this lineup, the squad integrated two pivotal members who quickly made their mark on the Nemesis playstyle. Miva (Top Lane) brought a level of decisive decision-making that perfectly complemented Rubix’s veteran shot-calling. Meanwhile, Tempezt (Analyst), 2023 Rookie of the Year, provided a precise, detail-oriented analytical approach that drastically sharpened the team’s pre-game preparation. Despite having limited time to build chemistry before the event, the impact of these additions was felt immediately, helping the team navigate an evolving competitive landscape.
The road to the LAN finals was paved with obstacles. Throughout the elimination rounds, the squad faced significant setbacks. Tough competition with hard-fought losses against powerhouses Luminosity and Zeta, and the need for adaptability with last-minute roster changes and major game updates. This forced the team to master a shifting meta on the fly.
Rallying together, the team made critical adjustments to their all-rounder and attacker roles. This internal shift allowed the roster to better align with the current meta, proving once again that Team Nemesis thrives under pressure.
Nemesis opened the PUACL LAN event with a statement. On Day 1, the squad dominated the field, showcasing the high-ceiling potential of their synergy. However, the final day brought the world’s best to our doorstep. After a tough first loss against North America’s Dignitas, Nemesis moved to the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals to face REJECT from Japan. Despite a valiant effort, REJECT secured the sweep, ending our run in the Top 6.
While we didn't walk away with the crown this time, this top-tier finish cements our position as a force in the Southeast Asian region. Thank you to our fans and sponsors: Shuffle.com, Rei, and Fisher8 Capital, for standing behind us.
We’ll be back 💜
